". The Frame work is a tool in the hands of implementing
organization which guides them through systematic initiatives for sustainable
improvements in service delivery.
It is informed that a Help Desk cum Information Facilitation Centre is
functioning at
Puducherry Chamber of Industries,
PIPDIC Industrial Estate,
Mettupalayam,
Puducherry-605 009.'
All assesses, the trade and public are requested to
approach the Help Desk cum Information Facilitation Centre on any working
day between 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm for any information required by them.
